Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an IT Support Engineer (MSP) in Rock Hill, SC for a full-time role. The candidate will support diverse clients, from discovery to deployment, and engage in pre- and post-sales activities while building technical proposals. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

The role emphasizes implementing IT infrastructures, securing networks, and collaborating with sales to deliver superior customer service and solutions in a dynamic MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with networking equipment, Windows servers, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is required.
• 2-3 years of client-facing experience, ideally in sales engineering or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interaction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing technical proposals and implementing IT solutions.
• Familiarity with RMM tools is a plus.
• Sales training experience is advantageous.
• Ability to provide extraordinary customer service and solve problems at a high level.
• Self-motivated, reliable, energetic, and committed to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Develop technical proposals and participate in client consultations.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory environments.
• Design and optimize Local Area Networks (LAN) for client sites.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain network security solutions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize network hardware and software systems.
• Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Configure and deploy VOIP solutions and telephone systems.
• Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Monitor alert systems and respond according to established guidelines.
• Interpret event log messages to identify and resolve system issues.
• Lead new user onboarding processes and ensure seamless integration into client systems.
