gobravvo in Shreveport, LA is seeking an IT Support Engineer (MSP) to deliver world-class technical support across diverse client environments. You will help design and implement network and server infrastructures, configure Active Directory and Exchange, and assist sales with technical scoping.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on networking and server experience, strong client-facing skills, and a drive to stay current with IT trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.
• 3+ years in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering or technical account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support (discovery meetings, assessments, proposals, presentations).
• Architect, deploy, and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) with strong security and performance.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to safeguard client data and operations.
• Deploy and administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Design and maintain LANs and network software/hardware.
• Configure and deploy VoIP solutions for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor alert systems and address issues per guidelines.
• Handle escalated service requests needing advanced knowledge.
• Assist in onboarding new users into client IT environments.
