Aufgaben

• Collaborate with sales for pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery sessions, site visits, proposals, presentations, assessments, and technical account management.
• Design, deploy, and manage routers, switches, managed switches, and firewalls, ensuring robust network security.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Plan and implement Local Area Networks, file servers, and cloud-based solutions.
• Configure and deploy VoIP solutions; manage and monitor VoIP environments.
• Identify and resolve network infrastructure issues through advanced troubleshooting; monitor alert systems and respond per guidelines.
• Handle escalated service requests requiring in-depth technical knowledge.
• Facilitate new user onboarding and technical orientation.
