Pax8, Inc. is seeking a Remote Executive Coach in the USA to guide IT managed service provider leaders from ambition to action through high-impact coaching and practical business guidance.

Qualificações

• Extensive leadership or management experience within an IT MSP.
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System or another structured operating system is advantageous.
• Must have practical familiarity with professional services automation platforms used by IT providers (ConnectWise, Halo, Kaseya).
• A broad understanding of IT applications, software, and the business processes behind a successful technology organization.
• The ability to build credibility with senior leaders, listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and offer candid, actionable challenge.
• Proven experience helping people translate strategy into priorities, decisions, and measurable action.

• Bring real-world MSP insight into coaching conversations to connect business principles with daily realities.

• Share patterns and insights to support partner-facing thought leadership with Pax8 Academy Content team.
• Deepen coaching craft and knowledge of business operating systems.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching activity, outcomes and time.
• Contribute to peer-group facilitation and instructor development.
• Represent Pax8 in the community and at relevant industry events.

This is a role for someone who has lived the realities of leading within an IT managed service provider and now wants to use that experience to help others succeed. As an Executive Coach, you'll build trusted one-to-one relationships with a portfolio of partners, challenging their thinking, creating accountability, and helping turn business goals into meaningful progress. You'll have the autonomy to bring your experience and judgment to every coaching relationship while growing alongside new technology, AI-enabled tools, and the evolving Pax8 marketplace. Your success will be visible in the confidence, capability, and outcomes of the leaders you coach.

What you’ll bring to life

• Create powerful coaching relationships with a diverse portfolio of managed service provider leaders, adapting your approach to the individual while keeping progress and accountability front and center.
• Turn strategy into action by helping clients identify priorities, challenge assumptions, navigate obstacles, and translate ambitious plans into achievable outcomes.
• Bring real-world managed services insight into one-to-one conversations, connecting business principles with the practical realities leaders face every day.
• Build capability, not dependency, teaching clients approaches they can confidently apply long after a coaching conversation ends.
• Share what works by identifying themes and insights that can become valuable partner-facing thought leadership alongside the Pax8 Academy Content team.
• Deepen your coaching craft, developing your knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System and other effective business coaching practices.
• Capture progress with purpose, maintaining clear, accurate, and timely records of coaching activity, outcomes, and time.
• Extend your influence with opportunities to contribute to peer-group facilitation and instructor development.
• Represent Pax8 in the community, connecting with partners and the wider industry through relevant events.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring

• Extensive leadership or management experience within an IT managed service provider (MSP) required, giving you first-hand understanding of the opportunities and challenges our partners navigate.
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System or another structured business operating system is advantageous.
• Must have practical familiarity with professional services automation platforms used by IT providers (ConnectWise, Halo, Kaseya).
• A broad understanding of IT applications, software, and the business processes behind a successful technology organization.
• The ability to build credibility with senior leaders, listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and offer candid, actionable challenge.
• Proven experience helping people translate strategy into priorities, decisions, and measurable action.
• Confidence navigating difficult conversations and resolving conflict constructively.
• Excellent organization, presentation, client-service, and written communication skills.
• The ability to look beyond today's challenge, identify future possibilities, and help others convert them into meaningful strategies.
• A commitment to continuous learning and developing your own professional practice.
• A genuine desire to develop others while respecting that every leader and business starts from a different place.
• Willingness to attend relevant industry events.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Your Total Rewards Compensation

• The base salary for this role is $128,000 per year, with additional earning potential based on your client portfolio.
• On-target earnings (OTE) are $150,000–$160,000 per year.
