Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a senior Principal Planner to drive supply chain execution at a 250-year-old flagship brand. You will own master scheduling, inventory planning, and prioritization with Operations and Manufacturing, while aligning contractual commitments and deadlines across a 24/7 NH facility.

You will leverage Oracle ASCP, MRP signals, and robust data analytics to provide leadership-ready insights and drive continuous improvement. relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Solid understanding of supply chain management concepts.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS, including ASCP.
• Experience training others on manufacturing and Office applications.
• Prior experience in an Agile environment.
• Able to relocate within reasonable daily commute to Rochester, NH; relocation support available.
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer expectations and commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow; ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations with no supervision.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership; train others on data access.
• Act as escalation point within Planning; drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs; strengthen supply chain performance.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Participate in and sustain 5S standards; adhere to Safety and ISO procedures.
