CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Senior Principal Planner for a 250-year-old manufacturing leader in Rochester, NH. You will oversee master scheduling, inventory planning, and production release while safeguarding contractual commitments.

Expect cross-functional work with Operations and Manufacturing and a role that grows into leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a global production setting, strong MRP expertise, and deep ERP experience (Oracle EBS/ASCP).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will consider equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a global company in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in MRP planning and aligning signals with policies and customer requirements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS, including ASCP.
• Comfortable training others on manufacturing and Office applications.
• Willingness to relocate and pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer expectations.
• Drive accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and remove constraints.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Participate in 5S Standards and follow ISO procedures.
