Markent Personnel partners with a 250-year-old brand-name leader to recruit a Principal Planner for a 24/7 manufacturing plant in Rochester, NH. The role focuses on master scheduling, inventory planning, and aligning contractual commitments with Operations and Manufacturing.

You will leverage multiple systems to deliver analytics, train others, and lead 5S and ISO safety initiatives while driving continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing setting.
• Strong MRP planning expertise and Oracle EBS/ASCP familiarity.
• Experience with ERP systems and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Own critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer commitments.
• Improve MRP signal accuracy and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve constraints.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, mitigate delivery risks.
• Manage end-of-life inventory and new product implementations.
• Deliver analytics and insights to leadership from multiple systems.
• Escalate issues and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to the Planning team.
• Support 5S standards and safety/ISO procedures.
