6 Degrees Search seeks a Principal Planner to drive supply chain strategy at a 250-year-old, brand-name manufacturer in Rochester, NH. You will manage master scheduling, inventory planning, and contractual deadlines across a 24/7 facility, partnering with Operations to keep production on track.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing, strong MRP/ERP expertise (Oracle ASCP), and a proven track record in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MRP signals and ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS/ASCP.

Responsibilities

• Own critical supply chain deadlines and align with contractual commitments.
• Maintain and optimize MRP signals to ensure smooth production flow.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve constraints.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training on Oracle ASCP to the planning team.
