Saint Cyr Partners in Rochester, NH seeks a Principal Planner to lead supply chain planning for a 7-figure, 250-year-old brand manufacturing leader. You will drive master scheduling, inventory planning, and release of work orders in collaboration with Operations and Manufacturing at a 24/7 facility.

You will influence contracts and deadlines while mentoring teams, leveraging data analytics, and improving MRP signals. Strong ERP and ASCP capability, plus readiness to relocate, are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong MRP expertise and planning signal management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain concepts and processes.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and ASCP.
• Able to train others on planning tools and processes.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to relocate or commute to Rochester, NH.
• Able to pass drug and background checks.
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer commitments.
• Improve MRP signal accuracy to support production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve constraints.
• Monitor schedules and mitigate delivery risks.
• Manage end-of-life inventory, POs, and new product implementations.
• Provide analytics and leadership-ready insights from multiple data systems.
• Serve as escalation point and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide planning trainings on Oracle ASCP to the team.
• Support 5S standards and safety/ISO procedures.
