Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Rochester, NH seeks an experienced Principal Planner to drive supply chain strategy and MRP effectiveness at a 250-year-old brand leader.

You will partner across operations, manufacturing, and leadership to align deadlines, optimize material flow, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing, APICS and Oracle EBS/ASCP proficiency, and can train others while operating independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will consider equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in MRP and accurate planning signals.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and ERP systems.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficient with Oracle EBS including ASCP.
• Ability to train others on planning and ERP topics.
• Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Residence within a reasonable daily commute to Rochester, NH or relocation with company assistance.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residence required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer commitments.
• Drive MRP signals for seamless production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and new product implementations for programs.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership.
• Provide guidance and training on planning concepts and Oracle ASCP.
• Act as escalation point within Planning for cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ISO procedures.
