SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Principal Planner to lead supply chain planning at a 250-year-old brand leader in Rochester, NH. The role centers on managing master scheduling, inventory planning, and aligning commitments with Operations and Manufacturing.

You will drive MRP signals, resolve constraints with cross-functional teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring colleagues in Oracle ASCP and planning best practices. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 10+ years in a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP and planning signals; ASCP/ERP proficiency.
• APICS certification a plus; strong Excel/Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines with customer and contractual alignment.
• Drive MRP signal accuracy to support production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations/Production to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead end-of-life inventory management and new product implementations for programs.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics and insights to leadership.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Support 5S standards and ISO procedures; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
