Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Principal Planner for a 250-year-old name-brand manufacturer in Rochester, NH. You will lead cross-functional supply chain planning, master scheduling, and MRP to ensure on-time delivery.

Work with Operations to resolve constraints, monitor schedules, and guide a planning team. Expect Oracle ASCP/Oracle EBS expertise, 5S/ISO compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP signals and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with contracts.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
