Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in production/manufacturing in a global company.
• Deep knowledge of MRP and planning signals; strong policy compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS/ASCP.
• Excellent communication and training skills for team onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own critical supply chain deadlines and align with contracts.
• Improve MRP signal accuracy to ensure smooth production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost performance.
