Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Home Lending team is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, applying expert knowledge of home lending products while complying with regulatory requirements.

You will coach branch teams, meet with customers to introduce products, collaborate on marketing efforts, and build strong partnerships with retail branches to originate mortgage loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
