Job summary

JPMorganChase's Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will apply your deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements while collaborating with a high-energy team to deliver exceptional service.

You will coach colleagues, develop relationships with branches, and promote mortgage originations in footprint territories, acting as the internal mortgage expert while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers.
• Collaborates to create a strong customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
• Becomes the internal/external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to assess financial needs and advise accordingly.
