Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, Chase Home Lending, seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting Chase mortgage products. You will guide clients toward homeownership with a customer-centric approach.

You will also coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and drive originations through cross-sell efforts and targeted marketing initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
