Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to join Chase Home Lending and serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan. You will apply your knowledge of home lending products and work with a dedicated team to provide outstanding service while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations across footprint territories.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team with training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with their customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
