Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan. You will guide customers, collaborate with branch teams, and promote mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

You will work to grow loan originations, provide consultative financial recommendations, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional home lending

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and digital channels.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
