Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will apply deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements to guide clients toward optimal solutions.

You will collaborate with branch teams, bankers, and marketing efforts to grow mortgage originations while maintaining excellent customer experience. National licensing and compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
