Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan lifecycle. You will serve as the primary contact, partnering with branch teams to deliver a premier customer experience while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products.

You will collaborate with bankers, coach staff on mortgage products, and help grow originations in footprint territories.

Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
