JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing Chase financial products and supporting customers on residential mortgage needs.

You will join a motivated team dedicated to guiding clients toward homeownership and building lasting relationships with customers and branch partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers and serves as mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations.
