Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with product and service training.
• Meet with customers and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using cross-sell efforts and marketing initiatives.
• Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
