Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan process and deliver exceptional service. You will be the primary contact for customers, leveraging marketing support and a team to drive mortgage originations.

The role requires strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory compliance, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced banking environment. A collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
