Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending to be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle and to promote mortgage products in a compliant, customer-focused manner.

The role involves training branch teams, meeting clients with bankers, and driving mortgage originations through cross-sell and marketing initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
