Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. You will partner with branch teams to promote mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes in-depth product knowledge (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), cross-functional collaboration, and a client-centric approach to achieve homeownership goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories
• Builds as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge
