JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage lifecycle and act as the primary contact for home lending needs. You will collaborate with bankers, train branch teams, and drive mortgage originations in your footprint while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, market knowledge, and strong communication skills to deliver optimal solutions and a standout client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations and reports relationships.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
