JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the lead contact for customers throughout the life of their loan. You will guide clients on home lending products, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with branch teams to promote mortgage originations.

The role emphasizes strong advisory skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
