Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process, leveraging deep knowledge of home lending products. You will be the primary contact for customers while collaborating with the Home Lending team to share expertise and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will help clients during the loan lifecycle, advise based on financial analysis, and promote related Chase products through coordinated marketing and cross-sell efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds expertise as mortgage authority and maintains client relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
