JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of their loan. The role leverages deep home lending knowledge to guide customers and promote responsible mortgage solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will join a motivated team focused on helping clients achieve homeownership. The position requires strong communication, market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with bankers and marketing teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on analysis and customer needs.
