Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulatory guidelines (FHA/VA).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team with training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
• Serves as mortgage expert and maintains strong relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
