JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to act as the primary contact for mortgage customers and guide them through the loan lifecycle. The role collaborates with the Home Lending team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and growth in originations.

You will mentor branch teams, meet clients, and leverage marketing efforts to promote mortgage solutions. A strong background in mortgage lending and real estate markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as an internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
