Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience with marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations by building partnerships with retail branches.
• Acts as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains customer relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
