Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey, acting as the primary contact from application to loan completion. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting Chase's home lending products.

You will drive strong sales results, leveraging deep product knowledge and customer insight to build lasting relationships and deliver a first-class lending experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services.
• Collaborates with bankers to meet clients and cross-sell.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing channels.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports within organizational structures.
• Acts as internal and external mortgage expert, providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
