JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle. You will guide clients with mortgage products, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with branch teams to promote originations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years in mortgage lending with proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend solutions based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
