Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the home loan journey and act as the primary contact from application through ownership. You will work in a dynamic, sales-driven environment, collaborat ing with bankers and marketing teams to promote mortgage solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of loan products, customer-centric service, and building lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services
• Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert; maintains relationships with customers and provides consultative recommendations
