Job summary

Chase Home Lending, part of JPMorgan Chase, seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, support from the Home Lending team, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting Chase financial products.

You will join a motivated team dedicated to helping clients achieve homeownership and will engage in marketing initiatives and cross-sell opportunities to expand mortgage origination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to market and promote mortgage loans and related services.
• Promotes mortgage originations within footprint territories and aligns with reporting structures.
• Acts as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains strong customer relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
