Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the mortgage process from origination to closing.

You will leverage your knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving mortgage loan originations and cross-sell opportunities in local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Builds strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Acts as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
