Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients through the life of the loan. You will guide customers on mortgage products, comply with regulatory requirements, and grow the franchise by delivering exceptional service and expert financial guidance.

You will mentor branch teams, meet with clients with bankers, promote mortgage originations, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meet with customers with bankers and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with the team to promote mortgage loan originations and marketing efforts.
• Develop partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Serve as the mortgage expert and maintain strong relationships with customers.
