Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Charlotte, NC to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will apply extensive home lending knowledge while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting Chase's financial products.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers to meet clients, and drive mortgage loan originations through marketing and cross-sell initiatives. This role emphasizes customer guidance and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meet with customers with bankers and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
