Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Charlotte, NC. This role requires exceptional knowledge of home lending products and strong customer service skills to support clients through the entire loan process.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and develop customer relationships while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Ability to build relationships and guide customers through the lending process.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor branch team on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet customers and introduce new clients.
• Develop partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations.
