Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will leverage deep knowledge of home lending products to guide clients from application to close, collaborating with branch teams and Chase Home Lending specialists. You will mentor bankers, build relationships with clients in local markets, and deliver a high-quality customer experience by applying financial analysis and product expertise to meet

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories), and functions well within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
