Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle within Chase Home Lending. You will advise on mortgage products, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with bankers to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You will mentor branch staff, cultivate client relationships, and apply financial acumen to tailor solutions while supporting the marketing and cross-sell efforts across the footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds status as mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
