Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan journey as their primary contact, while the team supports with lending knowledge and compliance.

You will work with branch teams to promote mortgage loan originations, build strong relationships, and act as the internal mortgage expert, delivering consultative financial recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing efforts.
