Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and promoting financial products while delivering an exceptional client experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment. You will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing channels to grow mortgage originations in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and works within reporting relationships.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers' needs and circumstances.
