Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending. You will be the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, applying deep home lending knowledge to guide decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will coach branches, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing programs to grow mortgage originations while delivering excellent customer service and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell programs.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds reputation as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
