Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
3+ years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by training on products and services.
