Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will work with a motivated Home Lending team and adhere to regulatory requirements while promoting Chase financial products.

The role focuses on guiding clients to homeownership and delivering exceptional customer experience. The position requires real estate knowledge, mortgage lending experience, and the ability to develop strong relationships with branches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
