Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations by partnering with assigned retail branches and within footprint territories.
• Builds reputation as the mortgage expert and maintains strong client relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
