Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team in Chicago seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering a consultative, client-focused experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate and 3+ years mortgage lending and retail banking sales, with strong communication and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; FHA/VA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and referrals.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
