Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Illinois to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of home loan products and regulatory requirements while driving experience, solutions, and trust.

You will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers to meet clients, promote mortgage originations, and maintain strong client relationships through consultative financial guidance and targeted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing channels.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
